Did you know Guide Dogs do more than dogs?
Come along to our open day to learn about what we do and meet our community!
We hope you’ll join us at this fun and interactive event where you can:
• Learn about living confidently and safely with low vision and blindness.
• Meet one of our Ambassador Dogs!
• Talk to our Clients with lived experience using a cane and ask questions about living with low vision and blindness.
• Visit our exhibition stallholders to learn about low vision products, assistive technology and mobility aids.
• Find out what it is like living with low vision and blindness through our supervised activities, blindfold challenges and obstacle courses!
• Talk to our Orientation and Mobility Specialists about smart phones and how they can assist people with low vision and blindness with daily tasks.
• Meet a Guide Dog Mobility Instructor and experience what it is like to walk with a Guide Dog.
• Prizes and light refreshments will be available.

Parking: Free parking is available at the RSL carpark and there is free 2 hour on-street parking around the RSL.
