Donor Survey Competition:

Entry

1. The promoter of this competition (Competition) is Guide Dogs NSW/ACT (ABN 52 000 399 744) of 7-9 Albany Street St Leonards NSW 2065, phone (02) 9412 9300.
2. Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on 16^th January 2025 and closes at 5pm on 1^st March 2025 (the Entry Period).
4. This is a game of chance which is open to all Australian residents who complete and submit responses for the Guide Dogs NSW/ACT Client Needs Survey (Entry), during the Entry Period.
5. Employees of the Promoter and employees of any of the interested parties listed in clause 2, as well as members of their immediate family, are not eligible to enter this Competition.
6. You must be 18 years of age to enter the Competition.
7. There is a limit of one entry per person.
8. The Promoter may reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that the Entry has been entered using false information or via automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

Prize

1. The Promoter will draw the winning Entries by random selection (Winners).
2. The prize will consist of an opportunity to have the ultimate Guide Dog experience in June 2025. This includes morning tea, a tour of the kennel, a Guide Dog demonstration, and lots more! There are 20 places up for grabs.
3. The Winners will be notified via email within one month after the Entry Period expires.
4. The Promoter will email the prize to the Winner. A valid email address must be provided in order to redeem the prize. The Promoter is not liable for delay in delivery.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry and a participant’s eligibility to receive the prize.
6. The Promoter’s determination of the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this Competition and for other marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
