Guide Dogs Competition

Entry

1. The promoter of this competition (Competition) is Guide Dogs NSW/ACT (ABN 52 000 399 744) of 7-9 Albany Street St Leonards NSW 2065, phone (02) 9412 9300.
2. Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.
3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on 26^th August 2024 and closes at 5pm on 20^th September (the Entry Period).
4. This is a game of chance which is open to all Australian residents who complete and submit responses for the Guide Dogs NSW/ACT Client Needs Survey (Entry), during the Entry Period.
5. Employees of the Promoter and employees of any of the interested parties listed in clause 2, as well as members of their immediate family, are not eligible to enter this Competition.
6. You must be 18 years of age to enter the Competition.
7. There is a limit of one entry per person.
8. The Promoter may reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that the Entry has been entered using false information or via automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

Prize

9. The Promoter will draw the winning Entries by random selection (Winners).
10. The prize consists of 1 x Prezzee voucher valued at $100 RRP per Winner, with a total prize pool of 10 x $100 vouchers valued at $1000 RRP.
11. Prizes are not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The Winners will be notified via email within seven days after the Entry Period expires.
13. The Promoter will email the prize to the Winner. A valid email address must be provided in order to redeem the prize. The Promoter is not liable for delay in delivery.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry and a participant’s eligibility to receive the prize.
15. The Promoter’s determination of the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter collects personal information about you to enable you to participate in this Competition and for other marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
17. You consent to the Promoter using your name and Entry in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, and promoting any products and services supplied by the Promoter.

Entry

3. Entry in this competition is gained by attending Explore Puppy Raising event at Davistown RSL Club on Saturday, 9 November 2024.
4. You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person.

Prize

1. A prize will be awarded to one entrant chosen at random (Winner), as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
2. The prize is a Guide Dogs merch pack.
3. Prizes are not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The winner will be notified via email no later than Friday, 15 November 2024.
5. The Promoter’s determination of the Winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
